What Buronia is
Buronia is a private service that helps EU residents draft applications for government benefits. We are a private company — not a government agency, not affiliated with any government, ministry, municipality, or authority listed on this site, and not endorsed by them.
Every benefit listed on Buronia can be applied for free of charge directly with the relevant authority. Our service helps with translation, eligibility calculation, document checklists, and drafting the application letter — these are the things you pay €19 for. The official application is then submitted by you, to the official authority, free.
Liability
Buronia provides drafting assistance, not legal advice. Decisions about benefit applications, the data you submit, and any communication with authorities are your responsibility. We are not liable for decisions made by authorities on your application or for changes to benefit rules after we generated your draft. Always review your draft carefully and verify thresholds against the official authority's published information before submitting.
Disputes · consumer rights
EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
